Roger Errera
Roger Errera is a former senior member of the Conseil d’Etat, France’s Supreme Court for administrative law.

He is at present Visiting Professor at the Central European University in Budapest, where he teaches free speech and judicial review of administrative action.

Roger Errera attended, in Prague, the burial of his friend Jan Vladislav, writer and translator. Roger Errera was interviewed on Radio Praha and spoke about his friendship with Jan Vladislav, who was among the first signatories of the Charter 77.

The report comments on the conditions and ways of an action of the Civil Law Initiative in this area, in association with other national and international institutions.
